From our experience and craftsmanship our blends are born, the fruit of a careful selection of the best quality Arabica and Robusta coffee beans from Central-South America and Indian countries.
After roasting, the whole beans are packaged i food bags with a aroma.saving valve, for espresso machines, the HORECA sector, Bars, and Restaurants.

The pleasure of having a ground coffee at home with the Rosso and the Blu Morosito blends eliminates the differences between an espresso at the bar and a moka pot coffee. This is thanks to the aroma.saving valve inserted in the packaging which preserve the intense taste and the organoleptic characteristic qualities of the coffee.

Thus two new blends were born”u Cafè” which is characterized by intense flavor and full body and is strongly inspired by the warmth and the energy of the Sicilian sun, and “Zagara”, whose citrus fruit heart has a floralscent and enveloping creaminess.
